Rainbow bookshelves!

The weekend before school re-started I figured I should do something special so I reorganized my bookshelf to be rainbow colored!

What do you think? How do you organize your bookshelves?

  1. Oh, that looks like fun. My books are by author (or dewy decimal if nonfiction). Yes, I'm boring, but since my books are labeled (just like in a REAL library, I don't foresee myself rearranging anytime soon. Unless it's to squeeze more books onto the shelf.

    1. Cool! That's a good way to organize them.

  2. So fun!

My books are arranged by series... and, to some extent, by which books fit on what shelves. This can be aggravating/problematic, as not all of my shelves can accommodate taller, hardcover books, but some of my series I have some books in paperback and some in hardback. (If I had my druthers, all my books would be hardback, but that's a bit tough on the wallet, and some of these books aren't even available in hardback, sadness).

    1. Oh, I hate it when that happens! It's horrible to have series and authors mixed up (except when it's rainbow colored, haha).

  3. I LOVE IT!!! I want to zoom in on all your titles.

I always change mine. It goes from size, genre, Author, favourites, and so on. Whenever I get bored I re-arrange my book shelf.
